Rangedale's Rehabilitation and Renewals team utilises the ‘Smart Lock’ process which is another simple ‘No-Dig’ mechanical point repair solution, for the isolated sealing of redundant lateral connections and or repair of cracked pipes, root or water ingress and holes in underground pipelines.

Smart Lock provides a structural no-dig point repair, instantly without the need to wait for curing of a liner.

The technology uses a stainless steel smooth bore sleeve encased in a fibreglass matting which is infused with a silicate resin. This expandable and self locking technology leaves our clients with a smooth bore stainless steel sleeve, which combines with the additional fibreglass woven matt.

The structural interaction with the stainless steel and fibreglass matting provides a superior structural solution with a 100 year Technical Service Life.

Smart Lock is used in gravity sewer and storm water networks and is manufactured and designed in Australia with WSAA and Wrc approvals.
